Voice Agent Design
Built a custom AI voice agent trained on Rumble's brand voice, class structure, pricing, and FAQ corpus. The agent handles inbound calls — booking classes, answering questions, and routing complex queries to staff. Designed with natural conversational flow, not IVR-style menus.
Outbound Lead Qualification
Deployed an agentic outbound system that calls web leads within 5 minutes of form submission. The agent qualifies interest, answers initial questions, and books trial classes — all before a human touches the lead. Unqualified leads are filtered out automatically.
Smart Reservation Management
Integrated an automated reminder system with escalating touchpoints: confirmation call 24h before class, text reminder 2h before, and waitlist auto-fill when cancellations happen. Reduced no-show rates dramatically.
